Tales of Love has enjoyed many performances. The first version from 1990 was produced by Calculated Risks Opera Productions and co-devised by John Baylis, Nigel Kellaway, Annette Tesoriero and Richard Vella and premiered at the Performance Space Sydney. A following mounting of this production was staged at PICA in Perth. The work was revised and repurposed for a 2002 production, Sydney.
The promotional video for the 2002 production of Tales of Love was filmed, directed and edited by Carla Thackrah. the video was performed and recorded at Riverside Theatre, Parramatta Sydney.
The video highlights various scenes, images and music from the 2002 production. Set & Costume design by Indira Shanahan; Lighting design by Neil Simpson; Directed by Richard Vella.
